Every landscape we install starts a clock. Plants establish or struggle in their first two seasons. Turf thickens or thins. Mulch fades, edges blur, and the crisp lines that made the yard photograph well in June quietly soften. Maintenance is the discipline that keeps a landscape at the standard it opened at, and after thirty years of installing them, we maintain landscapes the way their builders would, because we are their builders.
Restoration is the other half of this page. Plenty of good landscapes in Madison and Huntsville have simply been let go: beds swallowed by the wrong volunteers, shrubs pruned into gumdrops, irrigation limping along at half coverage. Bringing a property like that back rewards you faster than almost anything else you can spend on a house, because the bones are already there and paid for.
