Built for the Way the Land Already Sits
A lakeside build, start to finish
This one sits above Lake Catoma. The pool follows the fall of the lot rather than fighting it, the raised spa sits where the slope gave us the height for a spillway, and the rock slide is stacked into the bank so it reads as part of the shoreline instead of an add-on.
That is the thread through everything below: the grade, the water and the long view decide the design, and the stone is chosen to look like it belongs on that lot. Scroll the gallery for the rest.
